OBJECT OF THE SERVICE
Car rental with driver
FLEET AVAILABLE
BMW, Mercedes, and similar cars; all the vehicles used are in compliance with the regulations in force in terms of municipal authorizations for the rental service with driver and equipped with regular R.C.A. SkyDriver Milano is committed to keeping the cars in perfect efficiency and maintenance conditions.
DRIVERS
All the drivers employed in the services are equipped with a driving license for the transport of persons, type "KB" qualification, and with regular registration in the role of drivers of non-scheduled public services.
RESERVATIONS
All reservations are made via telephone, e-mail, WhatsApp, management system and will be considered valid upon confirmation by SkyDriver Milano (in written form). All availabilities granted in forms other than these are to be considered exclusively as availability information and do not in any way constitute confirmation of the services requested. All rates are inclusive of: fuel, driver's meal, motorway tolls in Italy. On the other hand, the following are not included in the rates: VAT (10%), motorway tolls abroad, costs for ferries and tunnels, parking lots, hotels.
CANCELLATION OF THE AGREED SERVICE
The cancellation of the agreed service must be done by the Customer via telephone and email / WhatsApp. The cancellation does not involve the charge of any cost if made within 12 hours before the rental service (except in the case in which a time period greater than 12 hours is required to reach the guest's pick-up point, in this case it will be charged the full amount); with less notice or in case of no-show by the customer, the full amount will be charged. The cancellation of the service required for pick-up at the airport or station does not involve the charge of any cost if done within 12 hours before the rental service; if the cancellation occurs during the completion of the pick-up service, the cost will be charged in full.
RESPONSIBILITY'
SkyDriver Milano is not responsible for any loss of transported objects. The transported person, at the end of the service, is required to check for any lost items on the car. SkyDriver Milano will have to reimburse the Customer for the physical damage generated as well as for the damage generated to the objects transported when this damage is caused by the gross negligence of SkyDriver Milano. SkyDriver Milano reserves the right to cancel reservations that for reasons of force majeure (fire, flood, earthquake, adverse weather conditions, strikes and trade union unrest, unavoidable impediments or any other cause that is not attributable to SkyDriver Milano, cannot be carried out in agreed times or terms, undertaking to promptly notify them.
SUBCONTRACTING
Without prejudice to the right of SkyDriver Milano to make use, for the execution of the Services, of
external collaborators. SkyDriver Milano declares and guarantees that its drivers and
external collaborators are selected in such a way as to satisfy the high quality level
which must be provided to the Customer and is obliged to ensure that they wear clothing
INSURANCE
SkyDriver Milano will be covered by insurance for its cars and drivers and also for Civil Liability and damage to third parties.
